About Us
Owner-operated. Locally rooted.
Summit Site Services is a small, owner-operated crew based out of Polk City, Iowa. We show up, do the job right, and treat every property like it's our own.
Our Story
Built on reliability.
Quinten and Oliver started Summit Site Services because they kept seeing the same problem — homeowners stuck with crews that didn't show up on time, cut corners, or disappeared after the first season. They knew they could do better.
So they built a company around reliability, quality, and honest communication. No surprises, no excuses — just great work, every time.
